Welcome to the Square & Round Dance Mini-News.  There's always something
happening,
and here's the tool that will help you keep up with it!

Afterparty with Lynn & Richard
 
While you're at the Bakersfield Fiesta, be sure to join Lynn & Richard at
their annual Afterparty, Friday, March 19th, 11:00pm after the dance.  We
will be setup in the Conference Room at Wyndham Gardens Hotel.
 
We have again blocked a group of rooms:
Wyndham Gardens Hotel
3001 Buck Owens Blvd.
Bakersfield, CA
661/395-9800 (Do NOT CALL for reservations - see instructions below)
 
Important:  To reserve your room, you need to E-Mail the Hotel Manager, Kal
Patel @ kapatel at wyndham.com.  Be sure to give him your names, what type of
room you're looking for and your phone number.  He will call you back to get
your credit card to guarantee your room.
 
They have agreed to keep our room rate at $89.00/night.  These rooms are
worth 3 times that amount!  It is important to tell you that I had a hard
time getting this rate again because we had a lot of no-shows and
cancellations last year.  So I am asking you to please not reserve your room
unless you are serious about attending.  Also, all rooms must be guaranteed
with a credit card.
 
Those of you who have been with us before know how beautiful this hotel, and
the rooms, are.  The service is incredible and we consider ourselves lucky
to be able to come back here again this year.

Now you'll be able to look at the Map of Southern California and see where
all the clubs are at a glance - in relationship to each other.
