I'm forwarding this message from Joyce Ingram.  Last week Chuck began
feeling like he had "stomach problems."  Sunday he went to Menifee Medical
Center (near Sun City) where they discovered he was bleeding and they gave
him plasma and began tests to discover why he was jaundiced and the source
of his problem.  They were talking about it possibly involving his liver
and/or a blocked duct and weren't sure where was the source of the bleeding
and bile excretion.  She requested I forward her message.  Here's the latest
news: 
 
Good Morning,
Well yesterday (Wed) was a very bad day, I received a call from our Family
Doctor and he informed me that Chuck is a very sick man. He used the words
pancreatic cancer and today they are going to transfer him to UCI Irvine for
more testing. Chuck is not aware of the seriousness of his medical problem,
I am holding my own and wishing for the test to show a blockage and that it
can be removed. I will keep you informed. I am going to be staying with our
Son (Mike) in Yorba Linda. This has been such a crazy week, from dancing
last Wednesday to this, I just can't believe it. Keep us in your Prayers.
